Chaplain LeRoy & Kim Jones

Since 1994, Chaplain LeRoy Jones and his wife Kim have been winning truckers to Christ, ministering to them and their families, and discipling them in the things of the Lord. They began holding Sunday morning services in both the Burns Bros. Truck Stop (now called the TA Travel Center), and in the TV lounge of Sapp Bros. (now called Sapp Bros. Travel Center) on Interstate 80 (Exit 370), east of Cheyenne.

While maintaining these ministries, Chaplain Jones worked full-time helping churches to start additional Truck Stop Chapels across the West. In 1999, the Sapp Bros. ministry moved into a remodeled tractor trailer. The next year, Chaplain Jones felt the call of the Lord to remain with this one ministry, permanantly. In 2002, the Lord provided a double-wide Chapel building for the Coffee Pot Bible Fellowship. The old Chapel was sent to a truck stop ministry in Idaho.

Joining the ministry team of the Faith Baptist Church in 2011, the Coffee Pot Bible Fellowship continues to reach dozens of truckers for Christ each year under the leadership of Chaplain Jones. Many of these drivers grow to become interstate missionaries in their own right, spreading the Gospel across America wherever their routes may take them.

Please continue to pray for the ministry of Coffee Pot Bible Fellowship and especially for the Lord to call additional laborers to work in the Chapel ministry (Matthew 9:37-38).

Chapel Services are Sunday Mornings at 8:30 AM and Thursday Evenings at 7:00 PM.

The Chaplain is on duty Wednesday thru Sunday nights, from 7:00 PM until Close, or by appointment.

You may send and encouraging email or contact the ministry for any reason at  CPBF@vcn.com
